At Leyaura, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package, if a return shipment is required. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received

In these cases, Leyaura will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

International Returns

For orders shipped outside of the United States, return shipping costs may be substantial and can exceed the value of the merchandise.

As a result, Leyaura reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer one of the following resolutions instead of requiring the product to be returned:

- A partial refund
- A full refund
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A keep-the-item resolution

If a return is approved and a return shipment is required, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other associated charges unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

For international orders, Leyaura may determine that returning the merchandise is impractical due to shipping costs, customs requirements, or logistical constraints. In such cases, customers may be instructed to keep, donate, dispose of, or otherwise retain the merchandise while receiving an alternative resolution at our discretion.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights that consumers may have under applicable local laws.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact support@leyaura.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund in accordance with this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Products marked as non-returnable
- Perishable goods
- Beauty and personal care products that have been opened or used
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Return Condition Requirements

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, returned items must be free from:

- Makeup stains
- Deodorant marks
- Perfume or fragrance odors
- Pet hair
- Signs of washing
- Excessive wrinkling caused by wear
- Any damage not present upon delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.

We kindly ask that all apparel be tried on over undergarments and returned in original condition with tags attached.

Delivered Packages

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, but you believe you did not receive it, please contact us promptly.

While we will gladly assist in locating the package and filing carrier claims where applicable, orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier are generally not eligible for refund due to loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact support@leyaura.com.

Excessive Returns

Leyaura reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credits from customers who exhibit excessive return activity, suspected abuse of the return policy, or fraudulent behavior.
